I love the fact that the hotel belongs to a chain of hotels with a social mission giving jobs to people that may be disable in some way. That is awesome. In theory 50% of their stuff are like that and they give them a chance to feel useful in society.

Really clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds. Heating and A/C worked well. Personnel is very, very helpful even though I spoke pretty basic Spanish. Internet is very fast (200Mbps down and 40Mbps up). Have some decent work space in the lobby which I find unique. Location is right next to the hospital which was my main reason for picking it but it is also well connected and have some great restaurants and one of the best parks in the city. Also the symphony, stadium, university are right nearby.

Excellent hotel in tranquil location, with easy tram access to the city centre. Fully recommend.

The hotel and facilities were great. It had a big room a separate desk. Very well equipped for business travels I guess.

The staff at this hotel were so accommodating to our needs. We were travelling as a family of 4 with our twin 4 month old babies. We arrived very early as we came straight from the ferry at Bilbao. The staff allowed us to check in early, the room was perfect for our needs. They provided us with 2 cots free of charge and also we were able able to borrow a kettle to make up the baby milk bottle. Breakfast was nice, and it was no problem that me and my husband dined separate as the babies were sleeping in the room. We took a drive to the old town in the evening to walk around which is about 15min drive away and very prett! I am very greatful. Thankyou.
